Annecy

Annecy is today the center of a very touristic area of over 130,000 inhabitants. The city of Annecy has about 53,000 inhabitants called the « Anneciens » and « Anneciennes ». It is situated in Haute Savoie in the southeast of France in the Rhone-Alps region and is bordered by many municipalities : Cran-Gevrier, Pringy, St. Jorioz, Meythet and Seynod

The town of Annecy is ranked 110th respectively in the national ranking in the classification of French cities (between Epinay sur Seine and Sevran) and is the 43rd place in French urban areas (between Poitiers and Lorient).
