La Boutique Annécienne is part of the website www.annecy-ville.fr, which belongs to the company Lavisibilite.com.

2. Products
We offer for sale a book on the legends of Annecy and Savoie. Other products will eventually be added to our range. Detailed product descriptions are available on our website.
3. Prices
The prices displayed on the site are in euros and include the applicable VAT. Delivery costs are payable, except for the click and collect option, which is free. Delivery costs are added to the order total at the time of purchase, depending on the delivery method chosen (home delivery, parcel relay or click and collect).
4. Order and payment procedures
The ordering process is as follows: the customer selects the products and adds them to their basket, validates the basket, pays immediately and receives an e-mail confirming the order.
Payment is made immediately online via Payinline, a secure credit card payment solution. All transactions are carried out in euros.
5. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 5 to 10 working days. We offer several delivery options: at home via Colis Privé or at a relay point via Relais Colis. Delivery is only available in France.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons for your decision. You may return the items in their original condition and packaging at your own expense. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return, depending on the method of payment used.
7. Guarantees
No specific guarantee is provided for products sold on our site. However, the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply.
8. Liability
We decline all responsibility in the event of misuse of the products purchased or failure of the delivery services. We cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the purchase or use of the products.
