Le Clos des Sens in Annecy-le-Vieux

Chef Laurent Petit, who has been awarded three stars in the Michelin guide, offers cuisine that is very close to nature. The renewed and very inventive menu does not have any dishes containing meat. The ingredients come from Lake Annecy and from local producers who follow an eco-responsible approach.

To follow the seasons, the menus change every month. The aromatic herbs come from the chef’s garden, which contains over 40 species. This garden can also be visited before or after the meal as an initiation course.

L’Auberge du Père Bise de Jean Sulpice in Talloires

This exceptional establishment created in 1903 is located next to the port of Talloires on the shores of Lake Annecy. The chef Jean Sulpice, who has two Michelin stars, bases his cuisine on the natural products of the Savoie.

The dishes offered range from traditional recipes to the most modern variations. The cellar of the establishment is simply exceptional. You can taste many champagnes on the terrace.

The Hotel-Restaurant Yoann Conte in Veyrier-du-lac

This establishment is located on the shores of Lake Annecy and is accessible by road or by its pontoon. Easily recognizable by its blue colours, it has a terrace overlooking the shore.

The chef Yohann Conte with two Michelin stars is at the helm. Here again, the cuisine on offer is largely inspired by Alpine nature. The herbs and flowers of the Alps come from the restaurant’s own garden. The cellar has a selection of the best wines from Savoie, the Jura and Italy.

La Ciboulette in Annecy

The restaurant is located in the centre of Annecy, in the Cour du Pré Carré. The chef Georges Paccard has been awarded a Michelin star. The Abbey of Talloires

In the bay of Talloires, this gastronomic restaurant is supported by a 4-star hotel. The site between the lake and the mountains allows you to appreciate the “little lake of Annecy”. The Auberge de Montmin

Located on the heights of Lake Annecy, at the Col de la Forclaz, this beautiful restaurant honours fresh seasonal products in a generous and gourmet spirit. Chef Florian Favario opened the restaurant in 2019. In 2020, he was awarded a star in the Michelin Guide, as well as a green star which rewards tables that are committed to sustainable gastronomy.

In 2023, Sandrine and Florian Favario, along with their team, were awarded a second Michelin star.
